Saryn loves art, collecting books, finding new tea flavors, and helping people find self-compassion, release stuck emotions, and curate an authentic and purposeful life.

Julia is a psychotherapist specializing in anxiety, relationships, and narcissistic abuse. Her approach to therapy uses parts work, mindfulness, somatic, and psychodynamic therapy to help clients build more compassionate, authentic, and meaningful relationships with themselves and the people around them. Julia enjoys being with her dog and loved ones, tending to her garden, dancing, writing, and losing track of time at the pottery studio.

Haleigh utilizes a trauma-informed approach anchored in EMDR, attachment theory and parts work to support clients through a variety of mental health challenges. Haleigh aims to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore the most concealed parts of themselves and nurture self-acceptance. When she is not in her therapy chair, Haleigh enjoys listening to podcasts, baking, and spending time in nature.

For children and teens, she integrate play therapy and trauma-informed care to help them process emotions and build coping skills in a developmentally appropriate way. For adults and young adults, she draws from mindfulness and humanistic therapy to foster self-awareness, resilience, and personal growth.
