Founder of Seraphine Therapy & Wellness. IFS, EMDR, trauma-informed and somatic therapist. Previous 200-hr registered yoga teacher and exercise physiologist (ACSM). Saryn loves art, collecting books, finding new tea flavors, and helping people find self-compassion, release stuck emotions, and curate an authentic and purposeful life.

Julia is a psychotherapist specializing in anxiety, relationships, and narcissistic abuse. Her approach to therapy uses parts work, mindfulness, somatic, and psychodynamic therapy to help clients build more compassionate, authentic, and meaningful relationships with themselves and the people around them. Julia enjoys being with her dog and loved ones, tending to her garden, dancing, writing, and losing track of time at the pottery studio.

Outside of therapy, Jane loves being in nature, learning about herbalism, and spending time gardening.

Sierra Powdhar, LLMSW, is a trauma-informed psychotherapist offering affirming care for adolescents (14+), adults, and couples navigating depression, anxiety, PTSD, suicidality, substance use, ASD, and LGBTQIA+ identity. With a culturally sensitive lens, she specializes in supporting clients through immigration challenges and eldest daughter experiences, creating a warm space where all backgrounds and identities are welcomed.

Lisa utilizes a strengths-based approach to help clients identify and build upon their innate strengths in order to overcome mental health challenges. It is Lisa’s deepest intention to create a trusting relationship where the individual feels seen, heard, and validated in sharing their experiences. With a warm and gentle approach, Lisa fully understands that being vulnerable takes time and encourages clients to move at a pace that feels comfortable and safe for them. In a collaborate effort, she strives to create an individualized treatment plan that addresses the client’s unique needs while honoring their personal values and beliefs. Outside of being a therapist, Lisa loves to spend time camping in nature, playing with her dog, and taking dance classes.
