Julia is a psychotherapist specializing in anxiety, relationships, and narcissistic abuse. Her approach to therapy uses parts work, mindfulness, somatic, and psychodynamic therapy to help clients build more compassionate, authentic, and meaningful relationships with themselves and the people around them. Julia enjoys being with her dog and loved ones, tending to her garden, dancing, writing, and losing track of time at the pottery studio.

Haleigh utilizes a trauma-informed approach anchored in EMDR, attachment theory and parts work to support clients through a variety of mental health challenges. Haleigh aims to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore the most concealed parts of themselves and nurture self-acceptance. When she is not in her therapy chair, Haleigh enjoys listening to podcasts, baking, and spending time in nature.

Jane takes a warm, holistic, and client-centered approach that honors the whole person—mind, body, and life context. Her work integrates somatic and trauma-informed approaches with a focus on nervous system regulation, helping clients slow down, deepen self-awareness, and build resilience. She creates a collaborative space where clients can reconnect with themselves and move forward with greater clarity and balance. Outside of therapy, Jane loves being in nature, learning about herbalism, and spending time gardening.
