Seraphine Therapy & Wellness is a space for deep healing, connection, and growth. We specialize in trauma-informed, body-centered somatic therapy, integrating approaches like Somatic Parts Work, EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, and expressive art techniques. Our practice serves teens and adults, couples, and occasional support for younger clients. Rooted in safety, deep attunement, and evidence-based care- we help clients navigate life’s complexities with compassion and insight. As our team grows, our mission remains the same: to provide a nurturing, inclusive environment where healing can unfold.

At Seraphine Therapy & Wellness we first honor the client by creating nervous system regulation and a sense of safety. Without trust and curiosity therapy won’t work.
