Julia is a psychotherapist specializing in anxiety, relationships, and narcissistic abuse. Her approach to therapy uses parts work, mindfulness, somatic, and psychodynamic therapy to help clients build more compassionate, authentic, and meaningful relationships with themselves and the people around them. Julia enjoys being with her dog and loved ones, tending to her garden, dancing, writing, and losing track of time at the pottery studio.

When she is not in her therapy chair, Haleigh enjoys listening to podcasts, baking, and spending time in nature.
